Reflecting on 2024 a year of achievements and transitions

As we look forward to the year ahead, we take a moment to reflect on what has been a dynamic and transformative 2024 in the local property market.
The first half of the year was marked by a buoyant market, with properties engaging swiftly and demand remaining strong. It was a privilege to introduce so many lovely people to their new homes and to be part of their exciting next chapters.
The second half of the year brought a more measured pace. As the election approached, the market saw a predictable pause, with buyers and sellers waiting for clarity. Post-election, activity resumed, it was slow but steady. Despite an air of caution in the market, one thing remains certain: best in class properties continue to sell, proving the enduring value of quality homes.
At Randall Price, we are immensely proud to have been entrusted with some of the most exceptional family houses in East Sheen and the surrounding areas this year. To have finished another year as market leaders in our price point is a testament to our expertise of this market, our attention to detail, and the trust of our clients.
We have sold/agreed sales of over £75m in 2024.
