We are delighted to introduce or re-introduce ourselves as Randall Price, a high-calibre residential property agency based in the heart of East Sheen.Though our agency is new, our founders Michael Randall and Graham Price, have over 40 years of experience selling some of the finest homes around Richmond Park. In fact, during their careers, they have sold over £1.5 billion worth of property.
To locals, our names may be familiar, Graham previously worked as a branch manager at Hamptons, and Michael was a director at Savills. They've now cut the corporate cord and are going it alone focused on what they both feel is most important to them - delivering the best customer experience while achieving excellent results for the seller and the buyer.
Why leave? Michael and Graham wanted to concentrate fully on clients and rid themselves of the corporate mentality of KPIs, revenue, stats and meetings for the sake of meetings!
Michael explains, "The two of us know this area intimately, we love it, and we wanted our focus to be simple and undistracted. We respect and nurture our relationships with clients and seek to impart the wisest most valuable advice."

The pair resigned in the summer of 2022, served out no-compete restrictions, carefully planned and, most importantly, spent valuable time with their families (Michael has two boys, 8 and 12, Graham has three boys, 3,6 and 9); Randall Price is now open for business.
